While working as Project Manager in Facilities at St Vincent's Hospital, Sydney,  Carl was responsible for the restoration of a number of Heritage listed Building's. 

  • The De lacy Building Cupola built in 1887 due to deterioration was totally restored over a six month period to its former glory.
  • The Hospice Chapel underwent extensive renovations including reroofing of the chapel, re-coppering of both domes and replacing of gutters and stormwater system. The stained glass windows where also restored to their former splendour.
  • Babworth House -in 1912-1915, Babworth House is a grand Federation Arts and Crafts-style mansion that was adapted to apartments. Built 1912-1915; Renovated 2002; Situated at Darling Point, Sydney, NSW.
  • Leichardt St Terrace - Total Restoration of 30 Victorian Terraces for St Vincent's and Mater Health.
